Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking an experienced stores/warehouse professional to oversee all stores, including central and site stores, and manage raw materials and contract items across operations. You will supervise staff, ensure accurate receiving, issuing, storing and distribution, and monitor stock movements and documentation.

The role requires 8-10 years of experience, strong knowledge of Oracle-based processes, and a focus on safety, compliance, and efficient store operations at our Umm Al Quwain

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in store/warehouse management and inventory control.
• Familiarity with Oracle documents and stock records.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for all stores and central/site stores, handling raw materials and contract items.
• Supervise store personnel in daily functions: receiving, issuing, storing, distributing, transferring, inspecting and maintaining smooth operations.
• Monitor stock movement, handling, and valuation; coordinate with procurement for new codes; ensure documentation in Oracle.
• Maintain housekeeping, compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies; manage hazardous materials handling.
