Job summary

Gulf Contracting & Landscaping (GCL) is hiring a Senior Storekeeper to manage site warehouse operations, ensuring efficient control of materials, tools, and equipment. You will receive, store, issue, and track materials while maintaining accurate inventory records to support projects.

The role requires 8+ years of storekeeping experience in construction, UAE/GCC familiarity preferred. Strong ERP and Excel reporting skills are essential for accurate stock control and audits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience as a Storekeeper in construction projects.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
• Experience managing site stores for large-scale building projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site store operations and inventory control.
• Receive, inspect, and verify materials against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Maintain accurate records of material receipts, issues, and stock balances.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of materials.
• Issue materials to site teams based on approved requests.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate material replenishment.
• Maintain inventory reports and conduct regular stock checks.
• Track tools, equipment, and consumable items.
• Ensure materials are stored according to safety and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Project Teams, and Suppliers.
• Prepare material reports for project management.
• Support audits and maintain proper documentation.
