Job summary

ADDMORE Services LLC in Dubai seeks a highly experienced Stone Technical Manager to oversee all technical aspects of stone projects, including material selection, fabrication drafting, and installation for large-scale schemes.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in the stone and marble industry with at least 5 years of overseas experience, preferably in Dubai or the GCC, and proven success on large-scale hotel, commercial or high-end residential developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the stone and marble industry with at least 5 years of overseas experience (Dubai or GCC).
• Proven experience in large-scale hotel, commercial or high-end residential projects.
• Strong technical skills in stone materials fabrication, drafting and installation.
• Deep knowledge of AutoCAD shop drawing preparation and stone cut sheets.
• Excellent coordination, leadership and communication skills.
• Must be ready to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all technical aspects of stone projects including material selection fabrication drafting and installation.
• Lead coordination between design production and installation teams.
• Review and approve detailed shop drawings and stone cut sheets.
• Ensure compliance with design intent quality standards and project specifications.
• Supervise the preparation of fabrication and installation drawings for large projects.
• Manage communication with clients consultants and contractors.
• Provide technical guidance and support to drafting and production teams.
• Ensure smooth workflow from material sourcing to site installation.
