Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in related fields.
• At least 5 years of budgeting and team management.
• Experience in planning, execution, process improvement, business development, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct statistical operations by collecting, classifying, and analyzing data to ensure accuracy.
• Formulate strategy, objectives, and mission of the Statistics Department under senior guidance.
• Monitor information quality and ensure timely analysis and reporting for internal and external clients.
• Represent the company in statistical matters at meetings, including GCC gatherings.
• Plan to elevate department performance to world‑class level through planning, tools, and timeliness.
