Job summary

AECOM in Al Ain, UAE, seeks an experienced Engineer - Stakeholder Management to lead liaison between project teams and external authorities. In this pivotal role you will orchestrate approvals, permits, NOCs and interface coordination with government authorities, utility providers, developers and asset owners to ensure timely delivery and successful handover.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field required.
12–15 years of stakeholder management or infrastructure delivery experience.
Proven UAE government authority coordination experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and risk mitigation skills.
Experience with road, utilities, drainage and major infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

Lead Stakeholder Management Plan development and mapping.
Maintain relationships with authorities, utility providers, developers and asset owners.
Coordinate stakeholder meetings, workshops and sessions.
Manage approvals, permits, NOCs, and submissions with authorities.
Identify and mitigate interface risks and conflicts affecting progress.
Coordinate utility diversions and handover activities.
Prepare stakeholder reports, trackers and executive summaries.
