Job summary

31 CONCEPT is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to design, build and operate scalable carrier-grade platforms. You will work across telecom and enterprise environments, focusing on reliability, automation, and performance, with emphasis on Linux, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies.

You will own observability, incident response, IaC, and CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with engineering, product, and operations teams to define SLIs and SLOs and to drive architecture decisions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SRE/DevOps, infrastructure engineering or platform engineering.
• Strong Linux administration and production systems experience.
• Production experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain highly available production environments.
• Develop observability, monitoring, alerting and incident response processes.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational workflows.
• Manage Kubernetes-based platforms in production.
• Improve reliability, scalability, performance and security.
• Build Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.
• Optimize Linux-based systems for high-performance workloads.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and release automation.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across infrastructure, networking, applications and distributed systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and operations teams.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
• Define and track SLIs, SLOs and reliability metrics.
