The Sanad Group is seeking a Senior Specialist - Strategy to join its newly formed Strategy team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building financial models, and delivering data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.

You will work with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to shape investment opportunities and monitor assets. You will contribute to the company’s vision, collaborate with the investment committee, and develop leadership capabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Financial Management, Investment Management, or equivalent.
• A Master's degree would be advantageous.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in management consulting, private equity, or investment banking.

• Opportunity Screening and Tracking: Screen potential opportunities and track the pipeline, ensuring strategic fit with the company vision.

Senior Specialist - Strategy works closely with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and the investment committee to develop fact-based insights and financial models to support strategic decision-making. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education/Certification/Licensure/Professional Membership
• -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Financial Management, Investment Management, or equivalent. A Master's degree would be advantageous.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in management consulting, private equity, or investment banking.
