Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Solutions Engineer to partner with advertising clients and cross-functional teams to turn product features into measurable business value. You will design scalable backend solutions and work closely with R&D, Customer Success, and Product Management to deliver results.

You will build new products, maximize commercial opportunities, and ensure production-grade code with maintainability, testing, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in programming, backend design, and client delivery.
• Familiar with Python, Go, Java, C/C++.
• Strong collaboration and client management skills.
• Ability to tailor presentations to audiences and strong problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Build new products and enhance existing ones with TikTok product engineering teams.
• Understand and apply TikTok products to maximize commercial prospects with advertisers.
• Cultivate partnerships with the customer success team to identify business opportunities.
• Design and build end-to-end systems and launch plans with maintainable, scalable production code and tests.
• Identify stakeholders and align cross-functional partners toward goals.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
