Job summary

APCO Worldwide Holdings in Dubai seeks a Senior Account Executive, Social Media to support daily client social media activities under the guidance of an Account Manager. You will translate strategies into social content, draft English and Arabic captions, coordinate assets and schedule approved posts.

Responsibilities include managing social content, monitoring channels, preparing performance reports and contributing to organic, paid and influencer campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, communications or related agency/client-service environments.
• Experience supporting content calendars, social media publishing, reporting and community management.
• Exposure to social media planning, campaign implementation or content strategy support.
• Strong English and Arabic writing skills, adaptable copy for different platforms.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategies into social content pillars, themes and posting plans.
• Draft English and Arabic captions, coordinate visuals and schedule posts across platforms.
• Support community management, monitor channels and engage with audiences.
• Prepare performance reports and contribute to organic, paid and influencer campaigns.
• Collaborate with paid media and influencer teams to ensure aligned content.
• Provide live social coverage during client events and ongoing content optimization.
