Job summary

A financial services firm in Dubai is seeking a Relationship Manager for SMEs to enhance their client base. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 10 years of experience in acquiring SME and Corporate clients, with a strong background in financial products like Business Loans and Trade Finance. This role involves business development, managing client engagement, and continuously onboarding clients onto the Yubi Loans platform. Excellent communication skills and a track record of achieving sales goals are essential.

Qualifications

  • 6 to 10 years experience in acquisition of SME and Corporate clients.
  • Experience in SME and Commercial Banking asset products required.
  • Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire SME and Corporate borrowers across financing products.
  • Evaluate borrowers to assess product fit for Yubi's offerings.
  • Conduct business development activities to convert targets into customers.
  • Manage client engagement and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor the financing needs of borrowers and provide ongoing support.
  • Solicit feedback from onboarded borrowers to enhance experience.
