Job summary

Eden Rose is seeking a Relationship Manager to originate, develop and manage SME financing relationships across the UAE from Abu Dhabi. You will build a portfolio of SME clients, assess financing needs and work with the credit team to move proposals through approval.

With 5–8 years in SME or commercial banking and a strong UAE network, you will leverage your trading capital expertise and cross‑border knowledge to grow the bank's SME proposition and achieve annual origination targets.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of SME/commercial banking experience.
• Strong UAE SME market knowledge.
• Proven ability to originate and manage financing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Originate and develop new SME and commercial financing relationships across the UAE.
• Build and manage a portfolio of SME clients requiring working capital and trade financing.
• Prepare and submit financing proposals for internal assessment and approval.
• Collaborate with credit teams through assessment and funding processes.
• Maintain relationships with lending platforms and partners to generate opportunities.
• Deliver against annual origination, portfolio and revenue targets.
