Job summary

Halliburton is seeking experienced professionals for roles in product service lines related to Completion Tools in Dubai. The position requires extensive offshore experience, international travel, and a strong command of English.

You will supervise field crews, ensure HSE compliance, and support complex, high-profile projects on customer sites. Experience should include 5 years with liner hanger and completion tools, plus offshore and deep-water exposure.

Qualifications

• Requires completion of a technical mechanical, electrical degree or related.
• 5 years Liner Hanger and Completion tools experience.
• 3 years offshore proved experience.
• 1-year Deep water proved experience.
• Availability for international traveling.
• Advanced English Proficiency is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shop and field activities for PSL work to ensure customer satisfaction and HMS/HSE compliance.
• Supervise Service Specialists, Service Operators, and Tool Technicians; monitor skills and provide training.
• Ensure timely completion of training courses and maintain required competency levels.
• Provide supervisory presence on customer job sites during complex, high-profile jobs.
• Assist service coordinators in day-to-day operations and participate in investigations of unsatisfactory results.
