Gulf Contracting & Landscaping (GCL) seeks an experienced Senior Storekeeper to manage on-site warehouse operations, ensuring accurate materials handling, storage, and inventory control for active projects.

The role involves receiving, inspecting, and issuing materials, maintaining logs, coordinating with procurement teams, and supporting audits to uphold safety and quality standards on-site in Dubai.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Storekeeper in construction projects.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site store operations and inventory control.
• Receive, inspect, and verify materials against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Maintain accurate records of material receipts, issues, and stock balances.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of materials.
• Issue materials to site teams based on approved requests.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate material replenishment.
• Maintain inventory reports and conduct regular stock checks.
• Track tools, equipment, and consumable items.
• Ensure materials are stored according to safety and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Project Teams, and Suppliers.
• Prepare material reports for project management.
• Support audits and maintain proper documentation.
