Job summary

Khatib & Alami is seeking a Senior Site Quantity Surveyor for Dubai Infrastructure Projects. The role focuses on the financial administration of supervision contracts and ensures accurate contractor payments for work performed in line with contract measurement methods.

You will support project managers and the Resident Manager in client relations, review claims, monitor site progress, and help prepare monthly cost reports, commissioning documents and handover materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Chartered professional engineer or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of construction supervision services and international standards.
• Excellent planning, budgeting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial administration of supervision contracts.
• Check payment applications and verify amounts.
• Advise on measurement methods per contract.
• Support project managers in client relations and clarifications.
• Review bills of quantities and rates for new work items.
• Monitor site activities and maintain daily site diary.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and commissioning documents.
• Ensure As Built drawings, O&M manuals and warranty certificates are provided.
