Job summary

Egis is seeking a seasoned Project Manager - Site in Dubai to lead large-scale infrastructure development and site management initiatives. You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and authorities, and drive projects from inception to completion.

The role requires 5+ years in project management, a degree in engineering or construction, and knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies. Arabic is a plus, English is mandatory. PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on infrastructure development or construction projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale site development projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex site development projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using industry-standard project management methodologies and tools
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and local authorities
• Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations, providing regular updates and presentations on project progress
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Dubai
• Analyze project performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies
• Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performance project management culture
