Job summary

Magnum Technology Center FZE in Dubai seeks an experienced HSE professional to ensure site safety compliance across all worksites, aligning with company policies and safety standards.

You will conduct weekly safety and toolbox meetings, coordinate drills, and manage investigation and closure of Accident Investigation Reports, delivering lessons learned to the HSE Manager, while supporting bid submissions with HSE input and developing site-specific procedures.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH certification required.
• Minimum 3 years HSE experience in Oil & Gas / Construction or Marine.
• Knowledge of HSE management systems preferred.
• Able to work independently and meticulous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all facility worksites are HSE compliant with company policies and safety standards.
• Holding weekly safety meetings, toolbox meetings and ensure drills are implemented as part of the company's HSE program, i.e., emergency response systems.
• Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Accident Investigation Reports and prepare/submit lessons learned to the HSE Manager for review and action.
• Provide HSE aspects of company bid submissions as requested.
• Assist in the development of worksite specific HSE procedures.
• Conduct HSE orientation to all new employees and visitors.
