Job summary

Stantec is seeking an Assistant Resident Engineer in Dubai to oversee site works for a pressure and sewerage network project. The candidate will manage construction activities, ensure alignment with the program, and prepare technical instructions, specifications, and cost estimates.

Required 10–12 years of infrastructure experience, a relevant degree, and strong English communication. The role is on-site in Dubai with engagement on project networks and liaison with authorities.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of infrastructure project experience.
• Experience in site works for construction and sewage infrastructure.
• Proficient in English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage site works for construction and sewage treatment plants and pumping station works.
• Ensure actual works match planned works as per the construction work program using quality assurance, quantity surveying, and project network techniques (Primavera P3).
• Prepare instructions, specifications, and reports and cost estimates.
• Liaise with DM and other infrastructure authorities.
