Job summary

Black & Grey, based in Dubai, seeks an experienced Site Engineer with a strong background in interior decorative metal, glass, or aluminium. You will coordinate site activities, manage installation teams, and ensure projects meet quality, budget, and schedule requirements.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years UAE site experience, AutoCAD and MS Office proficiency, and a driving license. You will lead cross-functional teams, resolve technical issues, and maintain safety and workmanship on site.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
10+ years UAE site experience is essential.
Experience in interior decorative metal, glass, or aluminium preferred.
Proven ability to lead and coordinate across site and production teams.
Valid UAE driving license required.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise installation of decorative metal and related interior works.
Coordinate daily site activities among site teams, production, and stakeholders.
Review drawings, specs, calculations, and project requirements.
Work with clients, architects, consultants, and engineers to resolve issues.
Conduct regular site inspections ensuring workmanship and safety.
Track progress and keep works aligned with schedules.
Plan manpower and delegate tasks to site and production teams.
Prepare site documentation and progress reports.
Assist with project billing and resolve commercial matters.
Identify site issues and escalate when needed.
Train installation teams to maintain standards.
Ensure delivery within time and budget.
