Black & Grey, a leading interiors and decorative solutions company based in Dubai, seeks a Technical/Site Engineer with a strong background in interior decorative metal, glass, or aluminium. You will coordinate site activities, manage installation teams, and ensure projects meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years UAE site experience, 3–5 years in project coordination/engineering/management, and holds a Civil Engineering degree with AutoCAD and MS Office

• 10+ years UAE site experience.
• Experience in interior decorative metal, glass or aluminium sector is mandatory.
• 3–5 years in a Project Coordinator/Engineer/Manager role.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence.
• Strong leadership and independent work capability.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and supervise the execution and installation of decorative metal and related interior works on site.
• Coordinate daily activities between site teams, production, and other project stakeholders.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, calculations, and project requirements.
• Work closely with clients, architects, consultants, and engineers to resolve technical and site-related matters.
• Carry out regular site inspections and monitor workmanship, quality, and compliance with approved requirements.
• Track project progress and take necessary action to keep works aligned with agreed schedules.
• Plan manpower, allocate responsibilities, and delegate tasks effectively to site and production teams.
• Support the planning and delivery of decorative metal projects from execution through completion.
• Prepare site documentation, access passes, progress reports, and other project-related records.
• Assist with project billing and resolve relevant commercial or accounting matters.
• Identify and address site issues independently, escalating only where senior intervention is required.
• Guide and train installation teams to maintain required standards of safety, quality, and workmanship.
• Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed timeframe and budget.

Our client is looking for a Technical/ Site EngineerTechnical Engineer with a strong background in the interior decorative metal, glass, or aluminium industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing installation teams, and ensuring projects are delivered to the required quality, budget, and timeline. This role requires someone who can take ownership of site operations, make sound decisions independently, and effectively coordinate between clients, consultants, production, and installation teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of UAE site experience is essential.
• Proven experience within the interior decorative metal, glass, or aluminium sector is mandatory.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a Project Coordinator, Project Engineer, or Project Manager capacity.
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant equivalent qualification.
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
• Strong technical understanding of site execution and installation processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coordinate, and delegate across site and production teams.
• Confident decision-maker with the ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
