Job summary

Black & Grey HR Consultancy FZE in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a Technical/Site Engineer with a strong background in interior decorative metal, glass or aluminium to coordinate site activities and manage installation teams.

You will review drawings, liaise with clients and consultants, ensure quality, budget and schedule adherence, and lead site staff with safety and efficiency. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 10+ years UAE site experience are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years UAE site experience essential.
• Experience in interior decorative metal, glass or aluminium mandatory.
• 3–5 years in Project Coordinator/Engineer/Manager role.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong AutoCAD and MS Office skills.
• Valid UAE driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise site execution and installation.
• Review drawings, specs, calculations and requirements.
• Liaise with clients, architects, consultants and engineers.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship and safety.
• Track progress and ensure schedule and budget adherence.
• Plan manpower and delegate tasks to site and production teams.
• Prepare site documentation and progress reports.
• Assist with project billing and resolve related issues.
• Guide installation teams to maintain quality standards.
• Escalate issues to senior management when needed.
