Job summary

Octave is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end safety, infrastructure and geospatial projects in Dubai with a hybrid work model. The role covers system setup, data mapping, and architecture design that integrates video, security devices and geospatial data to meet client needs.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams, drive continuous improvement, and coach junior colleagues while delivering tailored training to clients.

• Identifying upselling opportunities (including gaps in protection at existing clients)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and integration activities with clients, including system setup, configuration, data mapping and transfer.
• Design and implement architectures that integrate with client systems, APIs and data sources for seamless interoperability (video, access control, sensors, IoT, geospatial data).
• Lead Protect projects to enhance safety and security in clients' environments and connect to mapping, assets and operations systems.
• Configure and customize solutions to meet complex business processes and integration specs.
• Oversee system and integration testing for security and data accuracy.
• Troubleshoot advanced implementation issues with cross-functional teams.
• Create detailed project documentation: designs, standards, diagrams, lessons learned.
• Incorporate IoT/security into designs and enforce security rules.
• Provide expert feedback to product/engineering teams for improvement.
• Mentor junior team members on implementation practices.
• Deliver or conduct client training on implemented solutions.
• Work on-site or remotely with clients at critical facilities; support pre-sales activities.
