Job summary

DXC Technology Company in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced SharePoint and Power Platform Lead to own architecture, design, development, and governance of enterprise collaboration and low-code solutions. This hands-on leadership role covers SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Dataverse, and ALM across environments.

You will mentor teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure secure, scalable deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform.
• 2+ years in a technical lead, solution lead, architecture, or mentoring role.
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions.
• Design portals, intranets, collaboration sites, and custom apps.
• Define information architecture, including hub sites, navigation, metadata, taxonomy, content types, search, and permissions.
• Lead SPFx development including custom web parts and extensions.
• Design Power Apps canvass and model-driven apps.
• Design workflows using Power Automate and Power Pages.
• Design and manage data models using Microsoft Dataverse.
• Apply AI Builder and Copilot Studio capabilities where appropriate.
• Design and manage integrations between Power Platform, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and other enterprise apps.
• Develop integration patterns using REST APIs, OData, Dataverse, and connectors.
• Define Power Platform environment strategies, security roles, DLP policies, and governance controls.
• Establish ALM practices across dev, test, staging, prod environments.
• Define architecture standards, reusable components, and solution templates.
• Ensure solutions meet security, identity, privacy, accessibility, and governance requirements.
