Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a recognized teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent).
• Leadership qualification (e.g., NPQSL/NPQH) or master’s in educational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across Early Years to Year 8.
• Lead educational standards, pupil outcomes, safeguarding and culture.
• Be a member of the Senior Leadership Team and shape the school’s educational journey.
• Collaborate with Executive Principal, Head of School and SLT to deliver priorities.
• Ensure readiness for inspections and regulatory reviews (ADEK/UAE).
• Oversee staffing, budgets, and day-to-day primary operations.
