Job summary

Penspen Senior Scheduling/Planning Engineer position in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Responsible for managing the project controls team on offshore oil & gas facilities, reviewing early-stage FEL deliverables for cost, schedule and risk, and supporting the client’s project management with comprehensive program controls.

Requires extensive EPC experience, offshore fabrication planning, and advanced Primavera P6 skills. Onsite role based in Abu Dhabi with opportunities in a major PMS project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of EPC project experience.
• Minimum 10 years of offshore fabrication project controls and planning experience.
• Primavera P6 Advanced User.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project controls team across multiple projects.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Scheduling/Planning Engineer (Offshore), to work in our PMS project in "Oil & Gas Facility in Eastern Region". The role is accountable for the management of the project controls team deployed on various projects. Project control support is given to Project Management team who acts on behalf of the client and delivers the program of projects.

The role will also be involved in review of early-stage deliverables (FEL1 and FEL2), as far as cost, schedule and risk is concerned, produced by front end development department.

Knowledge / Experience (Skills)
