Job summary

Penspen Ltd in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking a Senior Scheduling/Planning Engineer (Offshore) to lead the project controls team on the PMS project in the Oil & Gas Facility in Eastern Region. The role focuses on cost, schedule and risk, supporting the client’s project management.

You will review FEL1/FEL2 deliverables and coordinate with front-end development, engineering, procurement, fabrication, loadout and installation planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of EPC project experience.
• Minimum 10 years of offshore fabrication project controls and planning experience.
• Primavera P6 Advanced User.

Responsibilities

• Review FEL1 and FEL2 deliverables for cost, schedule and risk.
• Provide project controls support to the Project Management team.
• Manage the project controls team deployed on multiple projects.
• Produce weekly and monthly progress reporting.
• Resource loading and productivity monitoring.

We are looking for a Senior Scheduling/Planning Engineer (Offshore), to work in our PMS project in\"Oil & Gas Facility in Eastern Region\". The role is accountable for the management of the project controls team deployed on various projects. Project control support is given to Project Management team who acts on behalf of the client and delivers the program of projects.

The role will also be involved in review of early-stage deliverables (FEL1 and FEL2), as far as cost, schedule and risk is concerned, produced by front end development department.

Knowledge / Experience (Skills):
