Job summary

Penspen is seeking a Senior Scheduling/Planning Engineer (Offshore) to join the PMS project in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role leads the project controls team and provides planning, scheduling, and cost management support to the Client PMO (Khafji Joint Operations).

You will review FEL1/FEL2 deliverables, assess schedule risk, and benchmark performance for major oil and gas projects, leveraging Primavera P6 and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• 14+ years in project management, planning, scheduling, cost estimation and control for major oil and gas projects.
• PMC experience in a similar role is preferable.
• Working knowledge of contracting types and strategies related to project execution.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel; Primavera P6 experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project controls team across multiple offshore/onshore projects.
• Provide project management system support to the client Project Management team.
• Review FEL1 and FEL2 deliverables for cost, schedule and risk.
• Benchmark schedules and costs for oil and gas upstream projects.
