Job summary

Penspen Ltd is seeking a Scheduling/Planning Engineer to work on the PMS project in Dubai, UAE and Khafji, KSA. The role is accountable for managing the project controls team and delivering the overall project program.

You will apply extensive planning and scheduling experience on major oil, gas, or heavy technology projects, using Primavera and MS Project to resolve scheduling issues and support project management.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
• 12–14 years with a Diploma or equivalent and scheduling certificate.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project controls team across multiple projects.
• Provide scheduling support to the Project Management team.
• Develop and maintain project programs and schedules.

We are looking for a Scheduling/Planning Engineer to work in our PMS project in Dubai, UAE and Khafji, KSA. The role is accountable for the management of the project controls team deployed on various projects. Project control support is given to Project Management team and delivers the program of projects.

Experience:

Years of Experience:

• Alternative (I): Eight (10) Years - Bachelor'd Degree
• Alternative (II): Twelve (14) years -Diploma or Equivalent

Knowledge (Skills):

• Experience in project planning and scheduling in diversified engineering and construction of major/large projects including at least Four (6) years’ experience in either major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects or heavy technology industries.
• Utilization of Critical Path Network Analysis. Capable of using scheduling applications like Primavera and MS Project. Capable of evaluating and consulting on project scheduling, planning issues and resolutions.

Education:

Alternative (I): Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Equivalent closely related field.
Alternative (II): Diploma or Equivalent with a Certificate from a recognized agency in Planning and Scheduling
