Job summary

Target Engineering Construction Co LLC is seeking an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to lead scaffold operations on major UAE EPC oil and gas projects. The role requires ensuring safe erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolding in line with drawings and load requirements.

You will supervise scaffold crews, enforce HSE standards, coordinate with engineers and planners, and maintain documentation for inspections and permits.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of scaffolding experience on oil, gas, refinery, or heavy industrial projects.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role leading scaffold crews.
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, load requirements, inspection practices.
• Experience on major EPC construction projects in UAE or Middle East preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily scaffolding operations including erection, dismantling, and inspection.
• Allocate tasks to crews based on permits and project priorities.
• Ensure adherence to drawings, specs, and load-bearing requirements.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and safety across scaffold teams.
• Coordinate with engineers, planners, and construction teams to meet schedules.
• Maintain records of inspections, handovers, permits, and job cards.
• Support client and third-party inspections and risk assessments.
