Job summary

Empresaconfidencial is seeking an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor in Dubai, UAE. The role involves supervising erection, modification, inspection and dismantling of scaffolding at high-rise and villa construction sites, ensuring compliance with UAE safety regulations, and coordinating with site teams to meet project timelines.

Candidate must have strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, erection procedures, and safety standards, with excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of experience in scaffolding supervision in the UAE.

Responsibilities

Supervise scaffolding erection, modification, inspection and dismantling.
Ensure all scaffolding work complies with approved procedures and UAE safety regulations.
Coordinate with site engineers, civil supervisors and HSE officers for smooth project execution.
Supervise scaffolding teams and allocate daily tasks according to project requirements.
Inspect scaffolding structures for stability, safety and access before use.
Monitor manpower productivity and ensure work meets project timelines.
Ensure proper handling, storage and maintenance of scaffolding materials.
Maintain inspection records and daily progress reports.
Enforce site safety procedures and PPE usage among workers.
