Job summary

EDGE Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior SAT Analyst to develop high-quality training materials aligned with SAT methodology. You will draft documentation, support TNA, and design courses while collaborating with SMEs and project teams to deliver training within budget and schedule.

You will guide technical SMEs, research diverse sources, and produce validated training outputs. The role emphasizes discretion, cultural awareness, and delivering impact in a defence-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Significant background in training, education, learning, and cultural change.
• Completed formal SAT Analysis, Course Design and Validation training courses.
• At least 3 years’ experience applying SAT methodology, preferably ESAT/SADL (UAE).
• Knowledge of current training methods and media including CBT, multimedia, simulation and VR.
• Experience as a training consultant outside the Defence sector is desirable but not essential.
• Experience working with translators is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Draft SAT-related documentation to support Analysis, Course Design and Validation.
• Assist in Training Needs Analysis in line with SAT methodology.
• Compile Employment Volumes and related documentation as required.
• Conduct Course Design per SAT procedures.
• Research, collate and analyze information from multiple sources.
• Analyze customer needs and support SAT Analysis, Design and Validation phases.
• Provide SAT guidance to TNA Lead and Project Support.
• Guide SME tech teams to deliver training within budget and timescales.
• Collaborate with industry, stakeholders, SMEs and colleagues on projects.
• Produce training outputs and reports including Employment Volumes and Validation reports.
