EDGE Group in Abu Dhabi offers an entry-level trainee program for UAE Nationals to begin a career in the defense and technology sector. Graduates in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Computer Engineering will gain hands-on experience through guided training and projects.

Participants will work with mentors across electronics, mechatronics, networks, and security, building practical skills and professional development aligned with UAE strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Nationality: UAE Nationals only
• Education: Bachelor’s (or in final year) in Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Interest in technology, defense, and innovation
• Strong problem‑solving skills and curiosity to learn
• Ability to work effectively in teams and communicate clearly
• Prior internship or project experience in a technical area is a plus but not required

About the Program

We are offering an exciting opportunity for UAE Nationals to join our Training Program. This program is particularly suitable for graduates with backgrounds in Electronics or Mechatronics, who want to build hands‑on expertise and apply their knowledge in a practical defense environment.
