Job summary

Fiddle Leaf Solutions seeks a Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant for a remote/offshore role in the UAE. You will manage end-to-end payroll configurations and ensure accurate UAE statutory compliance, including gratuity, GOSI/pension, and wage-type schemas.

Key responsibilities include integration with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, EC–ECP data replication, and stakeholder coordination across payroll operations. 7+ years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll implementations and support.
• Deep knowledge of UAE payroll localisations and labour laws.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and EC–ECP integration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end payroll configuration, testing and deployment.
• Support payroll processing, troubleshoot issues and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage data integration across systems.
