Qualifications

• At least ten years' experience in sales of sanitaryware products.
• At least 5 years' managerial experience in a comparable sector.

Responsibilities

• Continuously assess and recommend enhancements to service quality and processes to improve client satisfaction.
• Work closely with the Head (VP) and Head of Strategic Planning on market research and provide timely feedback.
• Coordinate across sales teams to broaden the sales spectrum.
• Ensure teams comply with company policies.
• Protect privacy of company information and uphold reputation.
• Ensure sales resources receive training on sales techniques and tools.
• Identify training needs of the salesforce and design/estimate the team with HR.
• Review performance of the national salesforce and the design/estimation team and provide feedback for growth.
