Job summary

IRISSTAR Technologies is seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on Marketing Cloud Next, Data Cloud integrations, campaign orchestration, and advanced reporting to drive digital campaigns across channels.

The candidate should have 8+ years of hands-on MC experience, strong technical translation skills, stakeholder management, and a mindset for production support and user enablement. Salesforce certifications are preferred and highly valued.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
• Strong experience with Marketing Cloud Next, Flow Builder and Content Builder.
• Expertise in audience segmentation and campaign management.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 and related reporting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in user enablement, stakeholder management and production support.
• HTML/email template knowledge is a plus.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications preferred.
