Job summary

Emirates in Dubai seeks a Senior Technical Software Engineer - Salesforce to lead design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions across the lifecycle, with emphasis on Agentforce, Data Cloud, and AI. You will mentor engineers, drive architecture, and ensure scalable, high-quality delivery in a fast-paced travel industry environment.

The role requires advanced Salesforce expertise, strong data modelling and integration capabilities, and a hands-on approach to AI-powered business

Qualifications

Degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering.
Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C) Developer certification – Mandatory.
5+ years of experience in software engineering within large, complex organizations.
Salesforce Certification: SalesForce (mandatory) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Deliver technical design, development and deployment of Salesforce solutions across the lifecycle.
Drive engineering practices, automation, lean development, test-driven development and agile practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess viability and design solutions; drive proofs-of-concept.
Investigate, debug and fix complex issues; explore new technologies for architectural review.
Contribute to sprint planning with SME on business domain and technologies; participate in communities of practice.
Mentor Software Engineers, ensuring adherence to design and coding standards.
Ensure optimal use of enterprise platforms; maintain products with corrective, adaptive, and preventive maintenance.
Coordinate with other capabilities for integrated product delivery.
