Job summary

mindX360 is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to design and lead end-to-end Salesforce solutions for enterprise customers. The role requires 8–10 years in CRM consulting and 4+ years in Salesforce with a strong focus on customer-facing engagements.

You will drive architecture discussions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Salesforce Platform, defining scalable, secure architectures and governance for AI-powered workflows.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in enterprise CRM consulting and solution architecture.
• 4+ years of Salesforce experience in customer-facing consulting or presales.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with customer business objectives.
• Lead architecture discussions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Salesforce Platform.
• Define scalable, secure, and high-performing architecture using Salesforce best practices.
• Review and approve technical designs, integrations, data migration, security models, and deployment strategies.
• Build multi-agent workflows capable of collaborating across multiple business functions.
• Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Flows, Apex, APIs, and third-party systems.
• Conduct solution reviews, code reviews, and architecture assessments.
• Define governance models for AI agent lifecycle management and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams during customer engagements.
• Participate in discovery workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
• Estimate implementation effort, timelines, and resource plans.
• Prepare AI solution proposals, implementation roadmaps, and effort estimates.
• Support RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and proposal responses, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Einstein capabilities.
• Participate in customer demos and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
• Build and grow the Salesforce practice and competency.
• Develop reusable accelerators, frameworks, templates, and best practices.
• Mentor developers, consultants, and technical architects.
