Job summary

Jobtailor in United Arab Emirates seeks a senior software architect / full-stack engineer to lead AI-driven CRM and enterprise integrations. You will build AI agents, RAG systems, and multi-agent solutions on Salesforce and our proprietary platform, delivering scalable, production-ready applications.

You will prototype rapidly, collaborate with customers, and guide architecture decisions across React, TypeScript, Python/Node.js, FastAPI, GraphQL, and microservices, ensuring excellence in API

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering / solution architecture experience.
• Strong full-stack development skills.
• Strong React and TypeScript.
• Strong Python and/or Node.js.
• Significant Salesforce experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce / Einstein.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI and/or Anthropic Claude.
• Experience building LLM-powered applications.
• Experience with AI agents and RAG.
• Strong API and integration experience.
• Cloud experience.
• Enterprise architecture experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working directly with customers.
• Ability to work independently, rapidly prototype, prioritise and make decisions quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents, intelligent CRM capabilities, AI sales assistants, customer intelligence platforms, automated workflows, RAG systems, AI copilots, multi-agent solutions and LLM-powered applications.
• Build innovative AI experiences around Salesforce using Agentforce, Einstein, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, APIs and external LLM integrations.
• Design and build AI-native functionality for the proprietary CRM platform, including sales intelligence, account research, lead analysis, customer insights, sales agents and intelligent recommendations.
• Develop full-stack solutions across React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Next.js, Python, Node.js, FastAPI, REST APIs, GraphQL and microservices.
• Work directly with customers, prospects and senior stakeholders through discovery sessions, technical workshops, AI strategy discussions, solution design, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, RFP/RFI responses, presentations, roadmaps and implementation.
• Partner with Business Development to create industry-specific technical demonstrations around customer challenges.
• Work with R&D and Services teams to introduce AI technologies, develop engineering standards, train developers and consultants, build reusable components and internal frameworks, identify automation opportunities, and run AI workshops.
• Create product demonstrations, AI demo videos, technical walkthroughs, customer presentations, internal training videos, LinkedIn/video content, technical articles and architecture demonstrations.
• Rapidly prototype, prioritise, make decisions, iterate from feedback and move ideas to demonstrations under tight deadlines.
