Job summary

Alloy Enterprises is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive growth and market expansion for industrial refrigeration solutions across MEA. You will build strategic relationships, manage key accounts, and lead complex sales cycles, from opportunity to project handover, across food processing, cold storage, logistics, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing sectors.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, technical refrigeration knowledge, and a proven track record in engineered solutions sales.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, refrigeration engineering, industrial engineering, business administration or related field.
Minimum 10 years’ sales experience in industrial refrigeration with MEA exposure.
Experience selling engineered refrigeration solutions to food & beverage, pharma, logistics sectors.
Strong understanding of ammonia, CO2, Freon-based systems and chillers.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth, profitability and market share targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive customer engagement.
Lead the complete sales process from opportunity to contract award and project handover.
Drive sales of turnkey refrigeration systems, aftermarket services, retrofits and maintenance contracts.
Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to meet objectives.
