Job summary

Alloy Enterprises in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Sales Executive - Industrial Refrigeration, F&B, to drive sales plans, acquire new clients, and grow existing accounts in the food and beverages refrigeration segment.

The role requires 10–12 years in industrial refrigeration sales, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and CRM fluency (Salesforce). Travel to client sites across regions will be needed as part of business development.

Qualifications

B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical/Equivalent) is preferred.
10–12 years of relevant professional experience in industrial refrigeration sales.
Experience in Food & Beverages refrigeration market, marine and commercial sectors.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to communicate at high levels and negotiate effectively.
CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.com, with field sales experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales plans to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
Achieve sales targets and margins through major accounts and key end users.
Generate enquiries, prepare technical offers, and attend negotiations.
Coordinate with sales, engineering, and operations to close deals.
Maintain customer satisfaction and manage post-sale relationships.
