Job summary

Auriga Gulf in Dubai is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer for Foundation Solutions and Structural Steel to promote engineering solutions and rental services to contractors, consultants, and project owners across the construction and infrastructure sectors. This field-oriented role involves client meetings, site visits, and business development activities.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's in Engineering (Civil preferred), and a valid UAE driving license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required; Civil Eng preferred.
• Engineering background in construction or infrastructure is advantageous.
• UAE driving license is preferred or mandatory as per role

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, commercial acumen, and a sound understanding of construction and foundation-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Sales
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction, infrastructure, and foundation engineering sectors.
  • Promote foundation solutions, structural steel products, and rental services to customers.
  • Generate leads, secure enquiries, and convert opportunities into business.
  • Achieve sales targets and support revenue growth objectives.
• Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand project requirements and business opportunities.
  • Provide technical and commercial support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Follow up on quotations, proposals, and project developments.
• Project & Site Coordination
  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and identify suitable solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal operations and technical teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
  • Assist customers in selecting the most suitable foundation and structural solutions for their projects.
• Market Intelligence
  • Monitor construction market trends and competitor activities.
  • Identify upcoming projects and business opportunities in the UAE market.
  • Provide regular market feedback to management.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Civil Engineering qualification is preferred.
• Candidates with relevant technical backgrounds in construction or infrastructure will be given preference.
