Job summary

Citizenship & Co. in Dubai seeks a Senior Sales Consultant to own inbound leads, consult HNW clients across six citizenship/residency programmes, and build an introducer network. You will present the firm on social channels and maintain a precise CRM with weekly forecasts.

The role requires 3+ years selling advisory services, on-site work eligibility in Dubai, and fluent English. GCC/ex-pat clients are served; multilingualism is a plus.

Qualifications

Senior Sales Consultant — Citizenship & Residency by Investment

Citizenship & Co. | Barsha Heights, Dubai | On-site, Monday–Saturday | Full-time

We are hiring one closer.

If you have never personally closed a citizenship or residency by investment case, this role is not for you. If you have, read on.

THE HONEST VERSION OF THIS ROLE

Base is AED 4,000–5,000. That is deliberate. We pay 15% of the professional fee on every case you close, uncapped, because we would rather pay you on the outcome you control than on the seat you occupy. If you want a large fixed salary and a quiet pipeline, we are the wrong firm.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Every inbound enquiry from our website, WhatsApp and partner channels
• Consultations with HNW clients across our six programmes: Türkiye, St Kitts & Nevis, Antigua & Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada and St Lucia
• Your own introducer network — wealth managers, brokers, business-setup firms, private-client lawyers
• Our client-facing video: you will present the firm on LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube
• A clean CRM and an accurate weekly forecast. We forecast honestly.

WHAT YOU MUST BRING

• 3+ years selling advisory services in citizenship, residency or Golden Visa programmes
• Cases you personally closed and can walk through end to end
• Confidence presenting on camera. This is a core part of the role, not an occasional extra.
• Eligibility to work on-site in our Barsha Heights office
• Fluent professional English
• Client-facing fluency in an additional language is an advantage, given our GCC and expatriate client base

TERMS

• Employment visa and medical insurance provided
• 15% of the professional fee per closed case, uncapped. Payment trigger and full terms are set out in the employment contract.
