• Strong portfolio featuring custom residential landscapes (e.g., outdoor living spaces, pools, gardens, hardscaping).
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience in Cost Control, Cost Management, Cost Planning, and Cost Reporting
• Proficiency in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
