Confidential Jobs in UAE is seeking an experienced Safety Officer to ensure a safe and compliant working environment across construction sites. The candidate will implement HSE policies, conduct site inspections, identify hazards, and ensure adherence to UAE HSE regulations and company standards.

You will lead toolbox talks, risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety trainings, coordinate with site engineers and subcontractors, monitor high-risk activities, and maintain HSE

Qualifications

• Total 4–5 years of experience as Safety Officer in construction.
• Minimum 4 years UAE construction experience mandatory.
• Relevant HSE qualification or diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor company HSE policies and safety standards at construction sites.
• Conduct daily site inspections to identify unsafe acts and conditions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and project requirements.
• Conduct toolbox talks, inductions, and safety awareness programs for workers.
• Prepare and maintain risk assessments, method statements, and safety records.
• Monitor PPE usage and enforce safety procedures on site.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors and subcontractors to resolve safety issues.
• Monitor high-risk activities such as working at height, scaffolding, lifting, excavation, electrical and hot works.
• Ensure proper implementation of emergency procedures and drills.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and follow up on corrective actions.
