KEO is seeking a Safety Advisor based in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on implementing the project HSE management plan, aligning with client procedures, and reviewing contractor HSE documentation.

The position requires 8–10 years of experience and a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in a relevant field. Hybrid work arrangements and a supportive environment for professional growth are offered.

Competenze

• Minimum 8–10 years' career experience in HSE.
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with HSE management plans, client procedures and reporting.

Mansioni

• Implementing the requirements of the KEO project HSE management plan.
• Implementing client HSE procedures and reporting requirements.
• Reviewing and approving contractor’s HSE documents (e.g., HSE Plan, JSA, Method Statements / Risk Assessments and PTW).
• Carrying out daily HSE inspections, weekly HSE assessments, and monthly HSE audits.
• Tracking the closure of prohibition & improvement notices issued to the Contractor.
• Overseeing incident investigations & monitor the implementation of identified corrective action.
• Attending and contributing to project H&S meetings and management safety walks.
