Job summary

Star Services LLC seeks a RO Process Engineer – M2RO to ensure safe, efficient operation of Mirfa 2 RO water plant, focusing on process control, chemistry, and environmental compliance.

The role collaborates with O&M teams, develops procedures, monitors performance, and optimizes chemical/power use while meeting PWPA and O&M guidelines. Requires 5+ years RO/Water treatment experience and hands-on start-up/shutdown expertise.

Qualifications

• At least five years' RO plant operations or process engineering experience.
• Hands-on start-up/shutdown and abnormal protocol experience.
• Experience with membrane filtration, scaling and biofouling prevention.
• Ability to calculate and optimize SEC in RO processes.
• Familiarity with environmental and PWPA/O&M guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, efficient operation of SWRO plant and meet environmental limits.
• Develop and monitor water treatment, RO performance, and procedures.
• Collaborate with O&M teams; optimize chemical/power use and costs.
• Act as SME for plant equipment operations and SOP adherence.
• Support Shift Charge Engineer when needed.
