Job summary

KPMG Middle East in Dubai seeks an experienced FRM risk advisory professional to lead multiple market and liquidity risk engagements. You will manage teams, mentor staff, and deliver high-quality analyses for financial institutions and large clients.

Role requires extensive quantitative skills, familiarity with risk models, and the ability to develop business opportunities. Some travel within UAE or abroad is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Applied Mathematics or similar.
• 10+ years of financial risk management / quantitative analysis in financial institutions or large consultancies.
• FRM/PRM/CFA recommended but not mandatory.
• Strong numerical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with analytical tools like Python, R, SAS, VBA, MATLAB.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple FRM projects ensuring engagements are planned, delivered within budget and on time.
• Own and implement initiatives around market and liquidity risks.
• Lead teams and engage senior client stakeholders to deliver high-quality results and impactful solutions.
• Mentor and develop less experienced staff through training and advising.
• Stay current on developments in risk advisory capabilities and the financial industry.
