Job summary

Parsons Corporation is looking for a skilled Resident Engineer (Infrastructure, Landscape & Irrigation) to manage construction projects in Dubai. This role involves leading various aspects of project execution, including budget management, interdisciplinary coordination, and quality compliance.

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in infrastructure projects, with recent experience in Dubai, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Agricultural Engineering. Competitive compensation and opportunities for professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction supervision of infrastructure, landscaping, and irrigation projects.
• At least 2 years of direct experience on large-scale infrastructure projects in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai authority NOC procedures, commissioning requirements, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage infrastructure, landscape, and irrigation project activities.
• Develop scope of engineering work, budgets, and schedules for timely project delivery.
• Coordinate with procurement, subcontractors, and vendors for technical requirements.
• Review and approve engineering deliverables, ensuring adherence to standards.
