Job summary

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Resident Engineer in Dubai to oversee landscape and irrigation works across medium-scale infrastructure projects. The role includes engineering oversight, procurement coordination, construction supervision, and start-up support, ensuring project quality and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience in landscape and irrigation construction supervision, along with a strong background in irrigation engineering and infrastructure networks in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in landscape and irrigation construction supervision.
• Strong background in irrigation engineering and Dubai-based infrastructure networks.
• Comprehensive understanding of engineering and construction processes and regional standards.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Familiarity with CAD and engineering software relevant to construction and landscape projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop scopes of work and project schedules for landscape and irrigation elements.
• Monitor project progress to meet cost, quality, and schedule requirements.
• Determine procurement requirements and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors.
• Review construction work to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and procedures.
• Manage change orders and notify project management of all variations.
