Job summary

Atkins Realis Group seeks a Senior Resident Engineer to lead site supervision for mega giga developments in the UAE, including villa communities and high-rise towers. You will ensure construction aligns with design intent, approved drawings, and UAE authority requirements while coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.

You will review shop drawings, monitor progress, drive QA/QC and HSE, manage stakeholders and authorities, resolve complex issues, and report progress and risks to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 15+ years of UAE experience in consultancy supervision roles.
• Proven track record in mega/giga projects (residential/mixed-use).
• Strong villa and high-rise project experience in the UAE, with authority approvals.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end site supervision for mega/giga projects ensuring delivery in line with design and UAE regulations.
• Review and approve shop drawings, materials, method statements and technical submittals.
• Monitor progress, KPIs and schedules; drive QA/QC and HSE across sites.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and government authorities; resolve complex technical/site issues.

The Senior Resident Engineer will lead site supervision for large-scale mega giga developments including villa communities and high-rise buildings ensuring delivery in line with design intent UAE authority regulations quality standards and project timelines The role demands strong leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholders Your roleLead end-to-end site supervision for mega giga projects mixed-use villas and high-rise developments Ensure construction aligns with approved drawings specifications and UAE authority requirements DM DDA Trakhees etc Manage and mentor Resident Engineers inspectors and discipline engineers Review and approve shop drawings materials method statements and technical submittals Monitor project progress KPIs and schedules ensuring timely delivery Drive quality assurance control and enforce HSE compliance across sites Coordinate with clients consultants contractors and government authorities Lead resolution of complex technical and site issues Review and validate progress payments variations and claims Provide executive-level reporting to stakeholders on progress risks and mitigation plans Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master s preferred).15+ years of experience, with significant UAE experience in consultancy supervision roles.Proven track record in mega/giga projects (large-scale residential/mixed-use developments).Strong experience in villa projects and high-rise buildings in the UAE.Deep knowledge of UAE construction regulations and authority approvals.Experience in managing multi-package, high-value projects.Proficiency in Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office.Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Chartered Engineer) preferred.
