Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior Exploration Geologist with 15+ years of experience to lead data-driven subsurface interpretations and reservoir modelling efforts. You will coordinate with drilling and engineering teams to refine play concepts and optimize development strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology or Geophysics is required.
• 15+ years of experience in exploration geology with emphasis on play evaluation and reservoir understanding.
• Proficiency with Petrel and Geomodelling software is essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify data collection parameters and define studies to support geological modelling and field extensions.
• Design and plan complex studies to identify new prospects and develop play concepts.
• Appraise subsurface models to ensure accuracy and technical integrity.
• Oversee drilling, logging, coring, and well testing programs for development/ appraisal wells.
• Integrate geoscience data and carry out reservoir geo-modelling studies using Petrel.
